Leasing and Application Process

Yes - all 3 bureaus are checked and each lease holder is criminally screened.

We offer 3+ month leases on availability.

Once applied and PayScore Income Verification is completed - usually within 24 hours (excluding weekends).

Yes - min policy of $100,000 and "HAUS Memorial Park" named as an interested party.

Directly from the website by choosing a unit then clicking "Lease Now" or directly from a quote.

Income - 3 times the base rent; verification of credit from all 3 sources but not a specific score that passes/denies.

All applicants will need to provide valid identification and complete income verification.

Tours can be scheduled by calling our Leasing Office or through our website.

Pricing, Fees, & Deposits

Rent is always due on the 1st and considered late on the 5th - Payments are made through Flex Payments, Bilt, and/or your Resident Portal. Credit/debit cards accepted, but will incur additional service fees.

Move-In, Lease Terms

A 60-day written notice to vacate and acknowledgement of our move-out checklist is required.
No subletting allowed. For additional details, please reach out to our leasing team.

To ensure a seamless moving day, the lease agreement must be signed by all parties, rent payment must be satisfied, proof of renter's insurance, and proof of electricity must be provided.
